I struggled adding a card to my door, tried resetting it and everything. Finally figured the issue i was having was my door was in advanced mode, not normal mode. Following the steps here helped me get out of advanced so i could add key cards. Thanks

My doorlock makes wierd sound lately. And sometimes I can’t unlock the door even with the correct password. I needed to enter password for 4-5 times berfore I can unlock. Is there a fix for this? Thank you

I am currently in ‘Advance/Master mode’ after setting up the Yale Home Module and bluetooth settings. I am now however unable to return back to ‘Normal mode’ as when i enter the master code and press the i button only the numbers 1 and 7 (along with * and #) appear. Any advice on how to get back to advance mode to return to normal mode?
