My opinion is the LGU's must help the national government whatever solutions in this pandemic walang namang sinong gustong magkaroon. I think Senator Bong proposal is thinking To solve one problem kaya lang nakita natin na may nakitang problema. There is a League of Mayors in the entire Philippines so may zoom naman kailangan pag usapan kung paano matutulungan yung mga OFW alangan naman doon sila lahat sa Manila. Kailangan niyo rin tulungan kasi mga résidents naman sila per LGU's. I think Senator Bong Go should reevaluate sa Balik probinsiya program. Maganda ang program pero may nakitang problema. Tama si Mayor Gomez reassessment and suspending these balik probinsiya program and OFW na papauwi palang. Praying To all our my kababayans.

So, pababayaan mo nalang ang mga stranded sa manila, eh lalong magkakasakit yan doon. Tanggapin mo nalang Mayor Gomez, total mga tao mo rin yan. Magtayo nalang kayo diyan ng tents para panibagong facility, total bukid naman yan, mas malaki ang area, mas mamomonitor niyo pa sila, mas matutulongan ang mga constituents mo. Tignan mo after 1 month, yang mga stranded na mga ofw o kahit mga locals mas marami ang covid positive kasi mas maghahawaan yan doon.
