Brian May discussed any possibility of new music from the legendary rock band, Queen. He has revealed if there are chances of Queen releasing new music!

In his recent appearance on The Leona Graham Podcast, May was asked if there was a chance that fans could expect new music from Queen anytime soon.

May said “I think Roger and I both put stuff down from time to time. We do. And sometimes we get together and go, what you got?”

He continued, “So that kind of stuff happens and maybe there will be a point where we actually make the decision to do it. It's kind of it's an odd feeling. There's a feeling of almost rebirth happening because we have exchanged all our future earnings from the past for a lump sum. That's what this, you know, selling out to Sony is actually doing, you know. But what it means is they own the copyrights in all the past, but we will own the copyrights in the future. So, in a way that's a kind of invitation to create something. And I think we may be able to rise to that challenge in some way,”

Brian May further told the host over a possibility of a musical comeback by Queen.

While nothing is confirmed yet, it sounds like Brian and Roger might be ready to create something new.

Queen is one of the most iconic rock bands in music history, known for their genre-defying sound, theatrical performances, and anthems that continue to resonate across generations. Formed in London in 1970, the band consisted of Freddie Mercury (vocals and piano), Brian May (guitar and vocals), Roger Taylor (drums and vocals), and John Deacon (bass).

Their music blends rock, pop, opera, and progressive styles, making hits like "Bohemian Rhapsody", "We Will Rock You", "Don't Stop Me Now", and "Another One Bites the Dust" timeless classics. Queen's innovative approach to music, combined with Freddie Mercury's charismatic stage presence, cemented their legacy as one of the greatest bands of all time.

Even after Mercury's untimely passing in 1991, Queen's music lives on. Brian May and Roger Taylor continue to perform under the name Queen + Adam Lambert, introducing their legendary catalog to new audiences worldwide. Their influence on rock music is immeasurable, and their story remains an inspiration to fans and musicians alike.

It would be good if Brian and Roger did make more music, but imo I don't believe it will be as good as when it was the four of them.
Thank you
Happy Holidays to you DM&C🎄🎅❤

Let it be. It won't be Queen. It can only be a copy. If new songs then release these songs as a duo May/Taylor.

Only half of Queen. You became a tribute band of yourselves. Sad.
