Had this printer for years bruh! And until today just right now, after watching your vid…i finally got the top loader to scan. Always thought i was doing something wrong or it just wasn’t working right. Never realized it ONLY works by way of using system prefs on mac. Like u, i am the same, all apple. Apple to air drop prints on all devices. iPads, iPhones, the MacBook and the iMac is hardlined, using the usb cable…that i, too…had to go get myself. But necessary for scanner. All was fine except i could never get the top loader to work….until just now today! So thank you for that.

As of Fall 2021 this video is still the most helpful one I’ve seen. On windows I had to download the Microsoft Scan app to adjust the settings he explains in the video.
