I've been in several environments with gay men in positions of power professionally, and I gotta say, I completely believe the misconduct accusations made against Kevin Leman.
Men, especially, make comments and inappropriate gestures to subordinates ALL THE TIME- this is common knowledge.

HR’s are joke I went to one and they made me feel like the verbal abuse was my fault then at another job it was a small company and the Person who was supposed to be HR was the won’t touching inappropriate....I love that I work from home now and I don’t have to put up with that crap lol
