How to file down nail enhancement safely

I made this video for my clients so they can safely cut their nails and file down some thickness during COVID-19 Shelter-In-Place Order in California.
You can use this process for acrylic or gel nail enhancements as well.

The files I am showing on the video are:

Black file: 100 grit (coarse) file

Yellow File: 150 grit (medium) file - although 180 grit is better

Orange buffer block: any fine buffers like white block buffer.

Please please be careful not to cut yourself and not to accidentally file any of your natural nails.

REMEMBER THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE PERFECTIONIST. You can leave your nails however you can tolerate with, because your nail technician can take care of the rest just like I will for my clients.
