How to make Green Juice- Easy Recipe for Kids

How to make Green Juice- this very easy green juice recipe and tutorial will teach you everything you need to know about your next juice detox or juice cleanse.

Kid Friendly Green Juice
- 1 half bunch of Spinach (3-4 cups)
- 3-5 Apples
- 1 Half Lemon (add more if want it tart)

Grown Up Green Juice (add in addition to above)
- Kale (6 leaves or 2-3 cups)
- Beets (go easy and add 1-3 small or half of a large)
- 3-4 Carrots
- 1 inch of Ginger
- 1 Cucumber
- another quarter of lemon
