Surprised not to see Kala-azar mentioned for Axi relics - they drop very regularly in there and its basically Akkad without so many lame drops, less XP but more chance of getting Axi relics and you can take speed nova and obliterate the waves in short-shrift =D

Eris, Xini - Waves 1-2 NEO and Mods, Waves 3-4 Axi everything.
4 waves, in and out real quick. Repeat. Axi relics for days.

For neo you can run Ariel on Uranus, it's a capture mission that takes less than 5 mins to do and gives you a quaranteed neo relic.

For solo Neo and Axi farming Oestrus, Eris is much better than Hieracon.
3 rounds of Oestrus will take the same time as 4 exc.Hieracon (or even less) but you'll get 1 extra Neo relic.

neo and aix relics drop like crazy in the mission where you farm nidus parts. every wave is either one or the other relic, with the occasional endo or nidus drop.

I use Kepler, Phobos for Lith. Yes, that's Archwing, but its very fast (you fail if you dont get to transports in 3 mins) and easy with any wing if you practice a little. For really easy run take Amesha and Fluctus. Amesha's 1st will cover you from stasis mines cold proc and fluctus's punchthrough will destroy enemies and mines alike with ease.

Defense missions have a rare chance to give you synthula, so that gives a Slight decrease to the relics per hour.

Easier farm locations: Excavation on earth(lith), Oceanum pluto spy(meso, neo).. guaranteed meso or neo relic if you are very efficient with corpus spies.

I want to say that for io on Jupiter I have found that nidus is the best for meso as u can stand at the top of the stairs and spam 2 first then 1 and then put you 4 down on top of the objective
