Juicing with Nalia, 3 Healthy Habits

RECIPES

Overnight chia oat pudding
- 3 tbsps oats
- 3 tbsps chia seeds
- 1 scoop collagen
- Dash of cinnamon & cardamom
- 1 cup oat milk

Easy Almond Butter Choc Chip Cookies:
- 1/4 cup rolled oats 
- 1/4 cup GF flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of choice)
- 1 large egg 
- 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180’c / 350 degrees F. Prepare pan with baking paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients: oats, flour, brown sugar, sea salt, vanilla and baking powder and whisk together
- Then add almond butter and eggs, stir until tacky dough is formed. Lastly stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop out dough in 1 ½ tbsp amounts and place on prepared baking sheet. Press down slightly to form into a disc shape.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges appear slightly golden brown and they’ve expanded to about twice their original size. Remove from oven and let cool on pan for 10 minutes. Enjoy! :)

Its such a pleasure watching you and Nalia. Its so interesting how toddlers/babies usually want to eat what they see mom eating even when its not so pleasant eg the green juice. It is so so important to train them as early as possible. Great job Annie.👏👏 I wasn't trained that way so i dont like vegetables but i try to eat them occasionally 🙈
