I have 1 major doubt.
Straight to the like there are vacancies for a particular category delhi candidates.
Now I am not from that category but seat is vacant for my category in that college.
So, if suppose that not many of that particular category delhi candidates turn up for the spot round. So if seats for that category are still left, "will they be given to other category", or not?
Or will the college not fill those seats only??
