In this video, I will go through the CSS 3 basics. This video is designed for complete beginners with no experience with CSS. I start by explaining how to add CSS to your HTML file. Then I go through different CSS selectors. I also talk about the priority of selectors and their cascading.

This is a CSS 3 Crash Course recorder in 2020!

I talk about inheritance in CSS, different types of attributes, box model, floating and so much more.

I just want to say that GRID and FLEXBOX are NOT discussed in this video.
I hope you enjoy!

Hello! I really appreciate what you're doing, but I created main css file to link with my webpage but its not working for me . Am I missing something somewhere? Thanks very much. Am just getting into this field. Do I need to download some extensions to get better use of visual studio code?

First, I don't wish to put down your teaching videos...as I honestly believe it's good all those who teach...and, are willing to spare time for others to go and learn from. However, I cannot help but notice what I believe might be just a few mistakes.

The video at point: 5:21...lines 6-10 uses a pair of style tags which have been written outside of the web page 'head-/head' section; and, also, outside of the 'body-body' section, as well. I believe this is incorrect. The mistake can be corrected by placing the pair of style tags inside of the 'head-/head'. (I'm sure, you already know this...most probably, an oversight.)

I only just went and discovered seeing this video...so, am still in the process of watching it. Overall, I like your video presentation...and, the audio voice is perfectly understandable and clear...the video quality is good, too; in that I can see/read all text...without needing to 'squint'. The opening video section kind of threw me for a bit...when you started 'singing'; but, then, it was also rather refreshingly different...as most of us coders tend to take themselves far too seriously, I guess. I like your recommendations to use both Microsoft Visual Studio Code as editor to write code/ and, Google Chrome web browser to view output.
