Instead of running the line through the bowline, use a toggle.
No need to pull the line all the way through.

Personally I use a small hardware grade snaplink attached by the bowline.

Wrap it around the tree.
Snap it on the line.

On the other end.
I saw you had pretied Prussick loops for the tarp toggles.

Using gutted 550 cord make a third Prussick loop with 6 turns instead of 4.

That loop can be used in lieu of the Truckers Hitch.

Pull a Bight through the loop and secure it with the half hitch.

That way you dont have to feed the whole line through the loop.

Saves time.

This is pretty much identical to my setup. Though, I use a truckers hitch for the corners as well.. might give the tautline a go.

This is a fast method, using only knots, but using hardware and toggles for folks who cant tie knots is quicker.
Also having a tarp pre strung in a dry bag is even quicker still

Next time try a toggle with the bowline at the begining feed loop through loop drop in toggle.
