1. Wake up earlier, go to bed earlier
2. Less time with the phone in the morning.
3. Start learning the new course and and get the license in the next three months.
4. Stop procrastinating and go meet the nature in the fist part of the day.

For the first time in my life I've decided to take closely care of myself physically and mentally, meaning resting more, eating fruits instead of sugary things, I've just started swimming and continuing pursuing my artistic dreams. Since that's a personal project for 2025 I'm confident it will last till the end. That's the changing point I'm living. Curiously the company I work for just called: "Can you work tomorrow for money?" Well tomorrow is Sunday and I'm supposed to be off so I said: "Sorry I already have something very important to take care", which is my vital refreshing time.

I want to stop doing is using my phone so much I want to stop doing is overthinking and stop being judgmental about things that are not serving me

1. Do more of something..drink more water 2. Do less of something..cut back on being online 3. Start something..I started journaling today 4. Stop something..stop drinking alcohol (second day) and sugar.
