People don't understand how time consuming it is to create content. It looks like all fun and games, but you're behind the computer for hours at a time. It doesn't take 5 minutes to edit a 5 minute video, it just doesn't work that way. I feel like bloggers and YouTubers don't get enough credit for everything that they do, and people are so quick to comment that they're not working "hard enough." I saw the same comments about Felix (Pewdiepie) after everyone got ahold of how much he made last year. A lot of YouTubers are still a one woman (or man) show. They film, edit, create graphics, write blog posts, take pictures, etc. Yes, it's a lot more fun than sitting in a cubicle but it doesn't mean that it isn't hard work.

This isn’t specifically about this video, it’s just something I’ve wanted to say. I’ve been a follower for a long time - since you were vlogging with Sarah and stuff. I truly love your videos, I really do - I think they’re wonderfully edited and beautifully crafted, and I think you have awesome fashion advice and beauty tips (and I appreciate how articulate you are! It’s like a breath of fresh air listening to you). Watching your videos is a real treat, so thank you. However, recently I’ve noticed that most, if not all of your products and clothing that you show are very expensive, and I mean things that only very wealthy, upper class people can even think about purchasing. I understand that you don’t mean for us to copy your every purchase and style, and it’s more about inspiring us to translate it into our own styles, but nonetheless it feels a bit exclusive. I was going to put some examples of clothing or accessories (or even products) that you’ve included that are extremely expensive, but I figured you know already. I understand that you’re fully entitled to treat yourself to all these things, but honestly, I think that it would be nicer if you considered things that the general public, and your general viewers, can afford.

Your day seems so chill. I get up early to go to work. I get in at 7:00 am and work as an English teacher in Elementary. Get out at 2:30 and at 3:00 I get into college and get out at 10 pm. It takes me an hour to get back home in the bus. Thank god it's vacations right now.

you probably wont see this but, this video and the "Styling Denim" are my all time favorite videos of yours jenn! I have probably watched them both dozens of time over already haha they are both so inspiring and taught me how great it feels to spend a day working productively in beautiful places like downtown could make working so enjoyable, i feel like i could accomplish anything! also, I have always had my eyes on my dad's old denim jacket but never had the courage to apply it to my outfits bc I didn't think it would look good on me. after watching that video, I used your tips and I wear it almost everywhere now! I have gotten so many compliments and have discovered a little more about my personal style perefrence (vintage 💕). you have inspired me so much in a year and I only wish I found you're channel earlier, thank you and keep up the good work! love you!
