A first! RMAF SU-30 Flankers take gas from USAF KC-135 tankers.

You got it all wrong. The fuel is going from the flanker to the tanker, because a flanker is a gas station masquerading as a jet.

15 countries fly some variants of the Su-30. About 6 (Give or take) countries are friendly to the U.S..
India is the biggest user at almost 300 variants.

apparently all Russian aircraft and equipment is compatible with nato equipment. but nato is not compatible with russain equipment

The four little IFF strake-antennas on top of the radome seems to indicate that an F-16 radar is inside.
