When I ever I am sad or down and out I always have to remember that there are people less fortunate than me and that I should stop being a baby bitch!!!

Very good news. Detroit has made tremendous strides in blight removal in recent years. You can fit the entire city of San Francisco in Detroit's vacant land in 2024.

City of Detroit...empty side streets during the day.
City of Detroit...packed side streets at night.
Tell me it's not a cultural thing. Hardly any of them work, but yet they all have all the game & money at night.
I live next County over...it's the exact opposite here & everywhere else, people go to work & pay their bills & don't have burned down houses next to you.

Some streets were bad, and a few were like islands of well-kept homes. There seemed to be some indication of gentrification attempts. Unfortunately, some of the cleared areas had been used as free dumping grounds. Overall, this video was a bit more hopeful. Good job. Thanks.
