Got tinnitus myself after 10+ years in DCs, life sometimes is weird, no clue what happened to you but I am assured it will become better, good things happens to good people!

It makes sense to train new soldiers on the equipment. Far too often, as seen by the Russian forces, incompetent people cause more damage to equipment.
It's very frustrating, annoying the aircraft are STILL not in use. What's holding these up?
Thank you for telling us about the situation.
Looks like I am going to get an appointment with my local MP to ask pointed questions.
