They need to change pro clubs similar to NBA 2k My park. You have an individual character that you can get clothes/shoes/haircuts etc. via micro transactions/skill points. Maybe have deals with Nike/Adidas for boots. You should go into the park and it should be smaller games 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 courts (fifa street) where you can play with randoms or your friends. The park could have a training facility (gym) to help rank up the player. Then on the other side of the park there could be an entrance to a football stadium where you play all 11v11 (clubs) style game.
