Lol I enjoyed the musical interludes during the load screens! Awesome info. Although, my laptop is an older hand-me-down, I'm still working on the process of elimination of what the heck is wrong. Auto updates might be the soul problem. System got shut down while still in the process of a critical update, claims my Wife. (Edit: btw, the second (start with networking) helped me. Thanks a million for this tutorial!)

Thank you so much. This worked. After restarting computer, choose restart windows 7 normally, and wait. Please help with "Cannot find plugins" when screen opens. I think that's the reason when it keeps crashing. How can I fix this plugin. Thanks .

I did is I restart my pc then i click f8 for safemode w/ networking then it stuck again the windows screen without the icons. What should I do?

guys after 3 hour eventually I have been able to solve this problem first thing first I was also stucking in welcome thing and I wasnt able to run safe mode and recovery the solution is go f8 in that panel go below you will see something with (ADVANCE BOOT OR SETUP) I dont remember much than select it first it will boot normally than it will restart and scan everything after that it will reboot again it will take at least 30 minute (mine took 40) so be paciant it will definitly solve problem. Thank me later and last thing sorry for bad english
