Phase two of voting in Jammu and Kashmir has seen a varied turnout, with percentages ranging from 22% in Srinagar to 63.9% in Riasi. The figures, recorded until 3 p.m., also show a 61.4% turnout in Poonch and 58% in Rajouri. Kashmiries should be happy for getting chance to vote freely unlike previous occasions, through voting. The addicted looters should be shown their proper place for looting the state and making the state their fiefdpm.
