Hi John, good to be back. Just enjoyed the workout for seniors (68 next Monday) in the gym (they have a concept II over there). It was great 'fun' to hear you talk me through the training again. I must say I missed this, but I also take some of the other exercises in the gym. Thanks for keeping up your training schedules and sharing them. Cheers, Bart (from NL)

Thanks for a great workout! I feel good after that, and not like I haven't been on my machine for over a year 😬🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
This was my first introduction to your channel, I'm looking forward to discovering more ❤ thank you

Thank you!
C2
ca 5 seconds up at stroke rate increase. Last minute - sprint (although not an all-out one) at 24 spm.
I think, that I maybe I have the chance to improve my 2k pace after 4 month hiatus from exercises (doctor's recommendation). In 2 weeks there will be another month of hiatus, but I hope that's all for now and I come back to sport for longer.

Thank you for this video. I need to get back into rowing. My rower, a Concept 2, sits there like a piece of unused furniture. I will set a timestamp of 2:20 when the workout begins.

Thanks again John! Silly question, don’t most machines display your stroke rate, as opposed to watching the clock?

Great workout even though I only have time for fifteen minutes of it.
