Live service games have the plug pulled due to licenses, CarX isn't in the same bracket as these as they are not restricted by those licenses for the vehicles.
This is why people want offline mode, because at this point we know exactly what the publishers are doing.

If I were the game dev I would add more cars, fix the bugs, and also probably add a map expansion(new territories)

the graphics are ok. it's the visuals(colors, etc) that are different compared to other racing games. if you want to tweak colors, shadows, etc on PC you can do this with reshade.

Carx has an offline mode, you can switch it on the top-left of the map. Also, fh5 can be run at 60fps full max on a 970. Tdu SC can barely reach 10 fps with that pc, everything at lowest.

Except from the way too expensive performance i think it'll be a good game in a few months or in a year lol.
But 4090 cards running the game in 4K only at around 50fps is just totally insane.
