So I am considering trying these work outs because I am at a stand still with my weight loss and want to try new things, if I use an Apple Watch as a fitness tracker should I put the exercise as mixed cardio? Should I go off the calories it says I burned on my Apple Watch or just assume it’s the number on the video? Thanks for any help guys
