Everyone says commercial real estate is where the money is and I can't deny that. I personally believe money is made in both commercial and residential real estate but commercial does give you an edge for the bigger possibilities. I have listed, sold and managed millions of dollars in commercial real estate for my clients and each deal has it's own story.

As a real estate agent who does a ton of commercial real estate deals i've definitely seen some nice looking checks. In this video I reveal to you a commission check I actually lost which was expected to close. Commercial real estate is brutal and if you don't have a strong mind you can get worn out quick!

Learn your lesson, make sure your client knows when something is verbal. Verbal is for intents and purposes non-binding in real estate. Verbal agreements are very hard to substantiate which is needed to make them binding, therefore avoid them. Nothing is definitive until it is in writing and signed. Get it in writing and don’t assume a verbal agreement will translate to a written agreement. Tell the other agent, “I’ll believe it when I see it”
