For the people complaining about no sink: It's an outhouse. Do you really expect a sink in an outhouse?
Other than that; That is the cleanest outhouse I've ever seen.

I've been in plenty of camping restrooms with sinks. Indoor plumbing is, however, a prerequisite for having a sink.
It really depends on what kind of camping place you are in. A popular campground or wilderness campground.

Although I am a camper and have used that sort of toilet many a time, outhouses always freak me out a little bit. I think it is cause I imagine either a) falling in or b) having a possession fall down there and never getting out/getting it back. I did not realise my anxieties would carry to watching one online, but I supposed I learned something about myself today. I am glad you did not drop your camera down there.
