I never order from ghost kitchens like this because I refuse to participate in influencer cash grabs but I always look up what restaurant actually makes the food because I’m nosy. My closest Larray’s is a Buca di Beppo which also makes the Mr Beast burger. I hope their staff is properly compensated for dealing with the triple menu but I doubt it.

Just like Mr. Beast, I get the vibe that the food isn't good enough for the price. You could spend the same $70-80 on a hell of a meal from Outback Steakhouse or something. They're priced like high quality foods but I don't see many opinions of them being better than your average fast food chain.

For a cheap, loaded Mac N cheese:

Get some Annie's box mnc with the white sauce. Boil the pasta and in a separate bowl, add in milk and half the powdered cheese mix. Whisk that up. Chop up spinach, mushrooms, any meat, and freshly shredded NY sharp cheddar cheese.
Dump the al dente pasta in a bowl; using the same pot, lightly boil the milk+powdered cheese mix. Gradually add the shredded cheese so the sauce thickens. Once done, add the pasta. Then add the spinach, mushrooms, and meat. Done.
