Fake notes though detected, the count was still inclusive of them; totaled to 68 instead of 66. So using this tellers could fool people by putting rubbish in between and take them out and show as 68. The batch function segregated even the fake note into the last batch and didn't throw any error. Is that check not part of batch function?

so it detected the fake notes but at the end it added them to the total (in the beginning the real notes were 66 and when he added the fake ones they were counted )

That was total of 66 real notes, but the machine counted 68. Is their any fair reason behind this?
