I love to eat garlic and fresh basil as often as possible and appreciate the knowledge to crush and finely chop the garlic and wait 10 minutes to get the most benefit - and I will try adding nettle tea to my daily habits. ♥️

But licorice root is not good for blood pressure & it's known that it increase BP also bad for kidneys due to liquids retention so be careful to use this root.
