McConnell is a Libertarian, and there is some value in the theory. Libertarians have had a good long run of effectiveness, which includes benefits and absolute tragedies! Unfortunately for every freedom loving American, Republican, the Libertarian way of life has had its greatest assault by COVID 19! which has patently disproved ‘individual before community’ theorists.
