In this video, I show you, how to make a fast and easy rail duplicator in Minecraft, that can duplicate any kind of rail in the game
This farm is made for Minecraft Java edition. It works on 1.17-1.17.1

I can confirm it works for 1.16-1.18.1
If I doesn't work for you, then do this:
- place it in another chunk
- place it in another direction
- place the piston on an odd x-coordinate

In case it doesn't work for you - build it so that the piston extends towards east (west probably works as well)

Now i can kidnap villagers without needing a ton of rails

Literally made it in 30 seconds and then turned it on for 30 seconds and got like 3 stacks!

I just built this on a 1.19 Realm and it works :) At first it didn't, but I moved it so the piston faced East and was on an odd X axis. Not sure which fixed it, but it works great now.

heres a tip, place rails North/South does not work East/West

Incase anyone can't get it to work, it doesn't actually work on some servers.

Built this and it works great so long as the piston is facing east. Great time and resource saver for long rail builds.

in my survival world i put the piston facing towards west and it didnt worked and then i placed it in east and it succesfully worked

You can put a minecart above the rails so you can enter on it and collect the items, just and idea if anyone is interested

I think it was patched on the new update Bc I can’t get it to work I have tried moving it around several directions and several places
