After two years of the pandemic, some things are getting back to normal and many employees are returning to work in the office. The experts talked to CBS2's Nick Caloway about the future of hybrid work.

Put me in a cubicle box 10 hours a day📦 only let me out to get lunch for 20 minutes at exorbitant prices and zero brakes to go to a bathroom in a communal bathroom let me pay a high gas price to get there or at my home office within Arms reach of my kids and my dog and my private bathroom and my nice deck outback in my yard that I can sit in while I work or make lunch in my own kitchen…… which do you think people are going to choose???? lol 😂

Employers are mad because we have options now. Why would we go into the office and risk our lives getting there each day by train. No one wants to go back to the hustle n bustle, so employers can live in the Hamptons with their families and we have to do payment plans for our vacations. Everyone find jobs that allow u flexibility(hybrid) if possible. Love n joy to all

Returning to the office is not safe and its not even COVID anymore. Its high crime, and getting robbed or stabbed just aint worth it with so many thugs outside.

Another long winded lie. They need people in the office so the city can collect more toll, taxes and tickets or “TTT”.. Too many people in a city is okay but too many people in a room is a fire hazard… I thought flexible schedules was a good thing.
