FEMA Generator Almost Rolls Over by the Palisades Fire

Well this week has been quite grim. First thank you to everyone who reached out asking if we are OK. We are, but thousands of others are not. Two entire cities are pretty much wiped out and now the fire is spreading.

More than likely my trucks will be used for a lot of the clean up and removal process once the fire is contained. Going to be a tough job, but we'll do it with pride. Just like this job; would you believe two other companies turned this down because of the proximity to the Palisades fire?

We don't shy from difficult jobs, and I know how important these generators are to keep the power on as we experience rolling blackouts. The weight of these monsters does mean you can't man handle them like we're used to, but despite the standby time in waiting for the wood it was overall a quick job.

I'm not really sure if the generator can still be used since it did take damage. Either way it could have been worse if those poles weren't there and this unit rolled into the building or even worse, caught fire. Truly hope this disaster gets contained as fast as possible and I'll continue to help in my own way as much as possible. Stay safe out there everyone!
