Just ordered the screwdriver and I got some vaco tools and they are very handy and equally useful as the Klein version of these tools.

In 1986 Klein tools brought out the vaco tools company they were the first company to make cushion grip screwdriver and then Klein stared making them until this day and are still making them

Yup, it's Klein with better handles. Based on my testing so far, the bits, adjustable shafts, and flip sockets all appear to be interchangeable.
