Amel is the originator of the vampire race in the vampire chronicles and he wasn’t even a vampire. He wasn’t even human. He was a spirit. How does that even happen? How does it work? How can someone who wasn’t a vampire, make vampires? It all comes down to the genius of Anne Rice and it’s all going to be explained in one of the most detailed videos you’ll ever see on the creation of the vampire species. I do all the scripting, research, editing and I have pulled the books apart in order to properly discuss the history of the spirit Amel, which is essentially the essence of all Vampires in existence. Amel is the source of their powers, their bloodlust and their immortality. Amel’s story is rather unusual, we were initially given some insight into his origins in Memnoch the devil but that was then completely changed by the time Prince Lestat and the Realms Of Atlantis came out. In todays video, we’re going to look at the 2 different stories of the spirits origins that were merged into one, we’ll take a deep dive into it all. Thank U for making this vid Dean. I asked for it, probably a year ago (2023). Thank u. I prefer the origins of without the aliens. Bc in any story from any franchise, technology can't touch souls, unless if it was tecnomagic. I also thought for years that Amel was alway a nature spirit; having never been a human.
