Why did you multiply Omega there ? Can you please elaborate. I didn't understand, if it's constant why do we have to multiply it still? At 1:14

What if I was given the amplitude and omega, and I need to find the magnitude of the maximum force?

so, the initial condition of the block follows the cosine graph then? It starts from the equilibrium point to the right and then back to the left side and then back to the right. that is one oscillation?

Hi professor biezen i still dont get how you could add pi/2 to make it shift to the proper location given the period is not 2pi for this function. I tried the trigonometric playlist but cannot understand. Can you help please haha.
