He Ain't Heavy - GMCLA's Response to Trump's First Election

In 2016, GMCLA choristers were shocked when Donald Trump won the presidential election. At the holiday concerts 40 days later, the chorus faced audiences eager for Hope while facing an uncertain future. Here is the message to those audiences from GMCLA Board Chair / Mayor of West Hollywood John Duran, followed by a powerful performance by the Gay Men's Chorus of Los Angeles that moved audiences to tears.
