don jazzy is yet to be a legend, but in truth he has changed the music scene in Nigeria by been an iconic producer and made stars. He is on his way to been a star with consistency

I am sure if he works harder he will someday become one.

Mushin to Mohits is cool oh, but does Ola know the impact of Tuface's grass to grace album? Or the plantation boys album that people still listen to today ? What of Tony Tetuila's album of 2000 or so? Or the Remedies album that practically started what we know as Naija music today.

But cobhams sha, na bad ass producer .. would take his production over don but they have different genre in terms of sounds .. but mushin to mo’hit and curriculum vitae, Was don Jazzy’s hit and since then Baba employed boys and let them do the hits for him and he just jumps in with the voice (the don jazzy brand)

Legend ke?? Oya ooo....Let's roll out the list of legends... MI, Adekunle Gold, Falz, Olamide...they are all legends in their own space to me. I think Don Jazzy COULD be a legend but he's certainly not there yet.

A Music Icon?...Yeah. Legend? No. For what it's worth and with all due respect to his work. No doubt he has shaped the Nigerian Music Industry to a Certain level but weighing him up as a legend bugs me a bit. Like Mac said...It's just too big to dash that out. I'd rather name Fela, Asa, Lagbaja, Tuface Idibia....these guys are naija musical legends not Don Jazzy. He's still a work in progress. Maybe sooner than we all think he might end up being a legend, but right now Uncle Don Jazzy is just an Icon just like Dbanj.

What rubbish is makochi spewing? Don Jazzy basically introduced the new era of mainstream naija pop. He ended the era of plantashun boys, trybesmen and began the age of solo artists. He is more or less the godfather of commercial pop in the country. Did you hear mushin to mohits? Tongolo? Abeg, Ola receive a cold glass of Zobo for your common sense!

Don Jazzy aint no yamayama legend anything.
All these millenials go just come dey confuse themselves because them choose to not use their dictionary...even contextually sef...anyone who has heard the term used and who qualifies for its use will kpanji before they bring up such a lame argument.
