Will it save info from memory card as well? I know the Ultra doesn't have one but will the information from my old phone be moved over through this process as well?

You did not explain 2 main points number one is new cell phone need to be reset ? If yes what type? 2nd point you also didn't explain about the old phone's memory card data wheather it tranfer to new phone or not???
