This "foreign" lawsuit sure has a lot of involvement from US anti-gun groups.

Could the anti gun groups be counter sued for the legal costs incurred in defending against these frivolous lawsuits?

How about suing Mexico for allowing fentanyl to pour in.

There's no way that S&W is selling firearms in Mexico and that they are all being transported to Mexico illegally. These lawsuits need to be stopped.

Can Mexico be sued for the drugs coming into America? 👍🙏🤩🇺🇸

Didn't there used to be a thing about counter-suit to recover legal fees and such for frivolous suits like this?

Another waste of our money & time.

Why would our supreme court listen to a law suit from out side of its jurisdiction? Aka Mexico has no way to enforce there laws in the U.S.A. nor does the U.S.A in Mexico. Waist of monet out of taxes payers pockets.

What gives Mexico standing to file a case in any U.S. court?

Some lower courts are ignoring Bruen so it doesn't matter if SCOTUS decides in favor of other pro-2A. SCOTUS needs to find a way to force these lower courts to follow their decision. The courts should have thrown out this S&W case based on PLCAA.

Why not sue automobile manufacturers for trucks and Jeep type vehicles because they are too attractive for Cartel using them in executing their criminal activities

Rather than have just the PLCAA there needs to be a law passed by Congress that no manufacturer, dealer or seller can be held liable for the misuse or criminal use of their product . If an act like this would be introduced it would have the backing and support from literally every manufacturer and company and would also increase the amount of money for lobbyists' to push this in Congress . I can't see any manufacturer or company be against this because they would know if one was effected than all could be effected .
