Let me expound upon a major one as well. In Christianity God has no grandchildren. Meaning you aren't born into the faith. In Christianity you become an adopted child of God through faith. Adoption is essentially special because in adoption you choose to adopt. You essentially hand pick who you want. God in Christianity adopts all believers. There's no natural children. God says to each and every child I pick you. It's not by your mother or father's choice it's by what every individual chooses. When you choose God and therefore He adopts you God sets His choice for you forever. You're a child of God.
