You should analyze the evolution of the concept of a Chad. Although it started as an incel concept/insult, as it gained traction in the rest of the internet it became less of an insult and more of someone you'd look up to. Chad, and gigachad, now represents all that Gen Z males want to achieve as men, particularly in physical terms. Later, as Chad became a normal and commonly understood concept, the "sigma male" arose as a soft parody of the extremes of masculinity, typically regarding extreme hustle culture and using "literally me" male characters like Patric Bateman and Tyler Durden. Though this parody of sorts allowed some self-awareness in the male gen-z community, it did not stop the rise of hypermasculine figures filling in for the lack of masculine role models in modernity, like the Tates, Sneako, Hamza, and many others.

I go to the gym a lot, take care of myself physically, and go to work every day. Im not a bad looking guy, and I’m 24, I can’t get a decent woman, no matter what I do, so screw it, I’ll hate them. Incel community is growing, proud of it.

In my younger days, I spent a lot of time on 4chan's /r9k/ board, which is where many, if not most of these incel types gather to complain about this stuff. Chad is also commonly seen as an enemy. A person who was blessed by the "genetic lottery" and therefore leads an easy comfortable life full of promiscuity and unearned respect. Chad is envied, and at the same time vilified because of his supposed ignorance and indifference to the struggles of the incel, while simultaneously easily getting what incels believe they want most. Chad in a lot of ways represents the unattainable body standards pushed on people by hollywood/tv, advertisements, social media, etc... The tall ripped guy with six pack abs. While Stacy is the female version. The Instagram model, hollywood actresses, pretty twitch streamers, etc...

Incels are a symptom of a bigger societal problem.

The term incel gets to my goat. Men who are too aggressive, have no social skills, and blame women for their sexual inadequacies should get a life, instead of trying to get a woman with their obnoxious attitude.

Incels steal most of their lingo from cheesy horror movies. Stacy is from the Japanese horror movie "Stacy's" which had the English name "Stacy - attack of the schoolgirl zombies".
