I often remind myself the other students probably could care less about what I’m saying. You overthink what others are thinking and often times they aren’t. 😂

I suffer from social anxiety even in virtual meetings. It was reassuring I am not alone here. I hope we all will get through this. ☹️

Even over zoom a sentence makes my heart drop to my stomach, even thinking about it does, However, I will admit when finishing a presentation it feels sooo good

it’s a zoom call but I hate that everyone listens my voice and it literally cracks bc I’m EXTREMELY shy.

whenever i talk (and it’s just virtual), i get really nervous and when i get nervous, i sound like i’m crying?? no matter how hard i try not to be nervous, the “crying voice” just comes out like wtf what do i do 😭

edit: it's been a year since i commented this and honestly, nothing has changed but i'm kinda accepting it now. i'm just glad to know that i'm not alone :')

Lifehack: if multiple people are going to present, go first cuz everyone will be worried about the fact that soon it is their turn and no one will really care that you are presenting. Also they will most likely not notice if your voice cracks or if u do any mistake because they are busy worrying about their presentation.

Helps so much during presentations in front of the calss. And also you get the relief of having it done way before everyone else.

Presenting on zoom still makes me just as nervous as presenting in person

Being an introvert having social anxiety, stage fear, shaky voice is a challenge before doing presentation. But will practice and won't give up

Allow yourself to be in front of people. Allow people to think what they want. Practice being in front of family members and just allowing them to think what they want and make whatever judgments they want. Just be

I presented in my first period and I’m still shaking in my second period. I had practiced “presenting” it yesterday, and I thought I was good to go, but when the teacher called my name I started shaking harder. My heart started racing I was misreading words and stuttering even though it was online and I know for a fact no one was paying attention. On top of that my presentation was the longest one probably like 2 minutes long so I was RUSHING through it.
