Great story Jordan. I had a similar experience on my first day interning at a professional recording studio when I was 14. At the end of a 14 hour recording session, the owner of the studio/chief engineer and bass guitarist in the band we were recording that day said to me "Great work! See you tomorrow." I couldn't have been happier and to this day, after I work with anyone I always say "Great work!" because I always remember how good it was to hear and how nice that felt. It just shows it doesn't take much to be kind and motivating.
