I agree that for what you were going for it might look a bit busy, but I actually love the business. It almost gives the piece movement for such a static picture. I hope that it grows on you because I personally think it makes it look visually a lot more interesting. The important part was to finish it out and try out something new which can be so scary. I myself get scared to paint big and I do not really know how much detail to add.

What I'm most impressed with is your courage in making a huge "practice" piece. I know I need to practice working bigger, but I feel like I'm wasting supplies that way. But we'll never accomplish anything if we don't practice. So kudos to you! And..yeah, it looks adorable.

I love all the details in the finished piece, like the designs on the teacups and the sprinkles on the chocolate! All of the colors are so fun :)

I think it's really sweet and so bright and happy. If it's not something you would hang in your home would you consider donating it to your nearest paediatric ward or something like that? It is so bright and colourful and happy, maybe it would help to cheer up some kiddos that are not feeling well.

Even though it might be busy, the colours are still so pleasing to the eye and gives a feeling of movement. What a lovely painting, it turned out so well! 💜

It is very busy .... But it's not too busy. It's absolutely perfect as it is !! You've done a brilliant job with this work of art. If I were made of money, I'd pay an absolute butt load of it to own this awesome piece. Don't listen to the naysayers nor those who insist they know better. Art, along with beauty, is in the eye of the beholder. I love it, someone else will hate it, but it's your work of art and therefore an expression of your voice. It is not for anyone else to say your doing it wrong or that there is even a 'right' way to do it. It's art, however you do it, it is right ! 😀

Its beautiful! What I've learned is that however I do things is the most efficient way for me! If I get too bogged down into planning details, I'll freeze and do nothing. And you went right for it dove in and started something new on a grand scale. Not only that, but you filmed it and posted for others to learn. They look so happy I wish I could jump in and join them!
