Why anyone use ppi if it is not giving interest, and we have various apps through which we can make payment and purchase goods and services through upi?

Mam the PPI allowed for G20 nation it is for every nri of g20 nation or it is just for the G20 members/ sherpas comeing to attend G20 submits.
