Removing the sticker residue with WD-40 is a life hack worth knowing. I understand why they make them so sticky so they don't get lost on the shelf but come on some of these are a joke. So simple just spray it on wait a few minutes wipe it off. Little bit of scrubbing sometimes is involved

My goo-scraping fingers thank you! Everyone needs to know this. I have been using Goof Off. It says on the label, "Works the first time!" Never has it ever worked the first time for me. I usually spray it on multiple times and scrape, scrape, scrape. Very time consuming, tedious and frustrating. I watched this video and did what you said – it works like a charm. I had two salad dressing bottles that I've been working on for two days, trying to get the sticker and goo off. It took two sprays, but WD-40 had the goo off in five minutes. ...For a natural, chemical-free alternative, use peanut butter. Can be wiped on in a thin coat, let sit for a while (if you can wait, overnight is best) and then wipe it off. I just wash it with a sponge using a little Dawn degreaser/soap.

WD-40 removed 95%, the rest was done by Mass Air Flow Sensor cleaner which is even better. I guess break cleaner would do a perfect job as well. Thank you for sharing!

holy shit thank you idk why manufacturers slap annoying, impossibly adhesive stickers onto their otherwise really nice and sleek products. this helped me remove them. took me 2 hours of scraping to get the sticker off with leftover residue, the WD-40 got rid of the residue almost instantly.
