Something similar happened with the kid in the Pacifica boxing match. Chased her down only for her to T-pose and disappear.

This is better than guy trying to leave Night City who calls up a bunch of hookers only to end up playing dead amongst their mutilated corpses after a 6th street hit.

He gets in the assigned Nomad car that’s supposed to “take him away from Night City unseen” and it literally drives around the corner and stops 50m down the road.

after tailing her for 5 minutes I figured out that would be the case so I stopped. It is sad to see they didn't make this detail.
