Drew had compiled a list of his TOP fountain pen inks in every color! Well, not EVERY color, but all of the colors we "sort by" on our website. Do you agree or disagree? What would be YOUR top inks?

1st of all, Drew it was so nice to see you at the D.C. Pen Show!! Thank you for letting me fangirl a bit 😂 and thank you for being here for us! We totally appreciate you. Please let Brian know that we appreciate him too, and I'm glad he's taking the time to put his family first because that's so important. Now the inks - great list! I LOVE DeAtramemtis Document Violet. My favorite gray is Monteverde Smoke Noir. In fact I'm going to be ordering that and using my birthday coupon 😊. Write on!

Sailor Tokiwa-Matsu (Green)

Montblanc Toffee Brown

I have three yellow pens, but no yellow ink. Two pink pens, no pink ink. The closest is the magenta Pilot Iro Yama-Budo.

Personally, I like pigment inks. I want my writings to last a life time. And I love black-grey-blue’s; my pick is Sailor Souboku. Love this ink.

Thank you so much for this video and list of your favorite colors in each category! I've been eagerly awaiting your choices!! Now I have some beautiful inks to try that, in some cases, had slipped through my radar :) Always delightful fun watching your videos and so appreciate your time and care in creating them. What a difficult task! Kudos to making choices. I'd love to see a best palette of water resistant colors, since *some* water resistance is an absolute must for me. So many beautiful colors can't take even a little raindrop or two.

The only ink I've tried in this video is Carbon Black...I only have it in cartridges for my Preppy, but I really need to upgrade to a bottle!! SUCH a good ink for work.

Also, I love to see more of Drew's arbitrary rules!! lately I've been overwhelmed with having too many pens inked, so I'm planning to go with the 3-pen rule for a while to keep things simple :-)

Wow great video as always you are always serving these nuggets of information that fills our plates. Was just looking at yellow inks last week did not one across this one here or the lilac. They are on my list! Thanks so much
