iPhone 8 Battery Replacement with iFixit

0🎇 this video I'll replace the battery in my friend's iPhone 8 with an iFixit Battery Replacement Kit. In addition to the tools that come with the kit we'll use the Tech Tray, the I Opener and the iFixit Anti-clamp. Start to finish the project takes about 1 hour to complete, I would recommend watching the video and reading through the repair guide that can be found on the Battery Replacement Kit product page.

You forgot one major step, the first thing you EVER DO, I can’t stress this enough, always unplug the battery FIRST to avoid those sparks and causing a fire. Just a helpful tip for the future

Just put an iPhone SE 3 logic board, home button, and battery, and there you go you got yourself an iPhone 8 with the latest software! BOOM!

Hey, hello from Argentina.
One question, i'm planning to do this, but once we do the battery swap, what is the recommended, let the battery FULLY drain after swap then make a full charge? Or just after finishd the work start loading?

I assume always let the battery stay between 20% and 80%.

I would pay to someone to do this, but shopping will make pay you +90USD for the whole combo.
