Oh Uyen, you made me really LOL with this one! My mom taught me to crochet as a child, but I've never completed a single project in the 50 years since she taught me. 😂😂 I used to have a closet full of things I started, but never finished. Finally I just tore them all apart & wound all the yarn into balls & donated them to the local second-hand shop. Thanks for a good laugh!!😊

I’m a crocheter! My advice is to just not give up on learning. Remember that learning new skills takes time, but once you get the hang of it it’s so much fun! It’s the perfect hobby to pass time with and once you’re done you have a creation to show off!! :)

Crochet is one of my favourite hobbies! Don’t give up! In my opinion, crochet is very visual and the trickiest part is learning to identify the parts of each stitch and what different stitches look like. So starting with a thicker yarn that’s a very bright colour should really help. I also recommend starting with a practice square just to test out different stitches and making rows - don’t try to make a “thing” right away. Granny squares would be a good first real project!
